Now that we all know about President Obama's new CAFE legislation, hands are wringing about the future of transportation in the United States. There's no doubt that there will be a shift toward lighter, more economical vehicles. But will transportation devices (I hesitate to call it a "vehicle") as minimilastic as the E-Bikeboard catch ..
