35 Inmates Indicted For Hiding Cell Phones In NJ Prisons

BORDENTOWN -- Attorney General Anne Milgram announced indictments of 35 inmates for possession of cell phones in state prisons.

Officials say inmates, particularly gang members, use phones to direct criminal activity and intimidate witnesses outside prison walls.
