Prosecutors: Zazi Is Significant Flight Risk

Najibullah Zazi appeared in federal court in Denver Friday morning. The judge dismissed the charge of lying to federal agents. The Afghan immigrant was read his rights in a New York indictment and advised of charges of conspiracy to use weapons of mass destruction.
