GET UPDATES FROM YouthGive
YouthGive is a nonprofit organization that enables children, youth and families to discover the power of philanthropy and create positive change in their community and the world.

With a firm belief that anyone can be a philanthropist, regardless of their age or wealth, YouthGive aims to lower the barriers for young people to give back meaningfully and make a difference with their time, talent and treasure.

YouthGive participants research, interview and profile the stories of local and global nonprofit organizations, social entrepreneurs and changemakers. These stories, captured and told by youth in text, photos and video, help to build and grow YouthGive’s online “giving menu” and locally published Guide to Giving. YouthGive additionally markets these nonprofit profiles and giving stories through social networks and media partners, such as The Huffington Post and Causecast.

YouthGive offers young people their own philanthropic giving account that puts them in the driver’s seat of giving. Parents and grandparents can open a YouthGive Account online and deposit any amount of funds--$1, $20, $100, $500 etc.. Young people from elementary school age through college can then access their giving account online and learn about and choose the causes and charities they want to support from YouthGive’s youth-created Giving Menu.

YouthGive offers innovative learning tools for schools, families and community organizations that help to nurture a life-long philanthropic journey.
