Yuna Shin is a mother, a wife, a daughter, and a friend all the time. She is also a teacher, volunteer, writer, and dreamer some of the time. While teaching at the local community college keeps her involved in things academic, practicing yoga regularly reminds her of the simplicity and gratitude with which she tries to fill her life. She considers herself lucky to have a balance between family life, work, and the pursuit of happiness.
