    Chef Farid Zadi hosts the second annual Cous Cous Fest at his new <a href="https://plus.google.com/u/0/106267442564675326366/about">Spanish Fly Gastropub</a> this weekend. The event features North African street foods -- cous cous, tagines and dishes not usually on the menu at the Mid-City restaurant. You'll find things like slow-roasted lamb and goat heads, spicy snails, Algerian chicken wings, and other dishes Zadi calls North African stoner food. "Ancient Berbers were the original stoners," he adds.
