Zondra Hughes, N’DIGO Editor, landed her first media internship with N’Digo in 1998, under the direction of publisher Hermene Hartman and editor David Smallwood.

One year later, Hughes was hired as an associate editor (Beauty & Style and Relationships) at Ebony magazine.

In 2007, Hughes came full circle and joined N'Digo as editor.

Outside of work, Hughes regularly participates in community outreach programs which garnered accolades such as one of the 100 Women Making a Difference; (Today’s Chicago Woman); and Who’s Who in Black Chicago (2007) among others.
