Founded by Patrick Castles, Refine Mixers are calorie free and sugar free, which means the only calories and sugars in the drinks come from the alcohol you include. They are sweetened with Stevia and come in such mixes as Mojito, Margarita and Cosmopolitan.
Castles recently held a Summer Mixology Night at his company headquarters in Venice Beach, California where he showed how to make a few fun cocktails - all of which were approximately 100 calories or less!
Venice Peach Bellini
-muddle a slice of peach
-1 part Proseco

-garnish with a slice of peach
Abbot's Marg
-muddle a piece of watermelon and basil
-1 part tequila
-2 parts Refine all-natural, zero-calorie Margarita Mix
-garnish with a sprig of basil and a slice of watermelon
Morrison's Mojito
-muddle 2 raspberries and 2 blackberries
-1 part light rum
-2 parts Refine all-natural, zero-calorie Mojito Mix
-splash of soda
-garnish with a sprig of mint and berries
Canal Side Cosmo
-muddle 2 cherries
-2 parts vodka
-2 parts Refine all-natural, zero-calorie Cosmopolitan Mix
-garnish with a cherry
