Final Day To Vote Early

Illinois voters who don't make it to the polls for early voting on Thursday will have to wait until Election Day to cast their ballots.

As CBS 2's Joanie Lum reports, early voting ends when polling places close on Thursday across the state of Illinois. While record-setting numbers of voters have turned out early at the polls, it also may take longer to count the results.

Early voters have been coming out in record numbers since the polls opened on Oct. 13.
