BIOWALLS: Living Walls Filter Out Toxins Indoors (VIDEO)

By now we've all seen green roofs (and voted on our favorite green roofs), but what about green walls? Biowalls, a very cool concept, look amazing and actively, naturally purify the air indoors.

I've known a lot of offices that could use that service, plus it would be a great change of pace from a sparsely-decorated workplace.

A little more about the LEED-certified building:

The building features solar panels, a geothermal heating/ cooling system, the largest biowall (living wall of special plants) in the United States, a vegetative roof, sunshades on the exterior to block heat in summer and promote solar warmth in winter, high performance windows, lighting controls to conserve energy, and recycled/local/ regional/renewable and no-toxic interior materials.
