Quinn Methodically Reversing Blagojevich's Decisions

Step by step, Gov. Pat Quinn is reversing the decisions of the impeached and ousted Rod Blagojevich as he seeks to build a bond with lawmakers weary of battling the state's chief executive and voters who watched the last self-proclaimed populist governor go up in flames.

Quinn overturned decisions to close the Pontiac prison and transfer state jobs out of Springfield, ordered agencies to give citizens more access to records and--to the cheers of Downstate residents--moved into the Executive Mansion where Blagojevich refused to live.
