Dems Target Republican "No" Votes On Credit Cardholders' Bill Of Rights

The Democratic Congressional Campaign Committee is calling out Republicans for their opposition to the Credit Cardholders' Bill of Rights, the just-passed legislation that would rein in abusive practices of the credit industry.

The DCCC is sponsoring a Google ad campaign that targets Republicans who may be vulnerable in 2010 midterm elections -- Michele Bachmann (Minn.), David Drier (Calif.), and John Shadegg (Ariz.). They've also got an online petition and an online video with game show music.

The theme: Republicans are bank toadies.
