Barbecue Recipe: Maple Salmon

Marinate salmon filets (or steaks) in mixture of equal parts real maple syrup and light soy sauce (I use Kikkoman Sushi and Sashimi) for about 1/2 hour.

Remove from marinade and grill on high for about 5 minutes a side (depends on thickness), basting with the marinade.

Super-simple, absolutely delicious.
