Drew Brees On "Sports Science" VIDEO: More Accurate Than Olympic Archer

Drew Brees is enjoying another remarkable season. At 70.6%, he leads the entire NFL in completion percentage, and he tops the league in touchdown passes with 34. His 109.6 QB Rating is also an NFL best, and his Saints just secured home-field advantage throughout the NFC playoffs.

In April the TV show "Sports Science" decided to see just how accurate Brees is. They had him throw footballs at an archery target and compared his accuracy to Olympic archers. According to the show's measurements, Brees was far more accurate than the archers. Additionally, all of Brees' passes were thrown at 52 mph and released at a 6-degree angle, with an RPM comparable to a NASCAR air wrench. Check out the video below for the full demonstration.
