Her secrets to staying healthy and eating well: "It's all about eating in moderation. I make a lot of salads... Right now, I'm cleansing myself. I'm eating, well, drinking these shakes. I'm trying to kid myself. [Laughs] I'm mixing protein and vegetables together, so it's like vanilla flavored vegetables... But my point is, I'm eating vegetables, which are a key part of any healthy diet. Veggies are good."
