Harold Ford And Iggy Pop: An Awkward Encounter

I think that the Brief And Lamentable Senate Almost-Candidacy Of Thee Childe Harold Ford has received the most fitting post-script possible, courtesy of this image posted at The Albany Project, in which Ford appears to be confused and uncertain about what he should do when confronted by Iggy Pop at the Rock And Roll Hall of Fame ceremony.

Which was held at the Waldorf Astoria! Ford should feel right at home there!

Previously, on the Brief And Lamentable Senate Almost-Candidacy Of Thee Childe Harold Ford, we had this column from Andrea Peyser, in which she referred to Ford as a "punk rock star". This picture should put to bed the notion that Harold Ford fits anywhere within the punk rock milieu at all.
