Rahm Emanuel Tells Katie Couric: 'Fringe Group' Controlling GOP (VIDEO)

White House chief of staff Rahm Emanuel sat down with Katie Couric on 60 Minutes to discuss the administration's efforts to pass health care reform, the upcoming midterm elections and the influence of the 'tea partiers' on the GOP.

Emanuel acknowledged that the tea partiers seem more passionate right now about the midterm elections, but warned that allowing a 'fringe group' to have such control over the Republican party could backfire for the GOP.
