Denver's Petrikin Estate SOLD For $4.5 Million

The Petrikin Estate, home to former Nuggets general manager Kiki Vandeweghe and his wife Peggy, recently sold for $4.5 million after a 3-year stint on the market.

Billed by real estate agents as 'Denver's Crown Jewel,' the Petrikin estate was built in 1917 by sugar magnate William Lloyd Petrikin. The property occupies an entire city block near the Denver Botanical Gardens, and features a pool house and carriage house in addition to the stately primary residence.

The Petrikin Estate was listed for $6,999,750, down from its original price of $8,000,00.
