After months on the market, Scarlett Johansson has sold her 4-bedroom Spanish villa in the Hollywood Hills. The house sold for $4 million, down considerably from its initial asking price of $5 million when we first reported the listing in April. The LA Times reports that the actress purchased the property in 2007 from director-producer Harold Becker for $7 million. From the Times:
The restored and remodeled house, built in 1931, has a period-style kitchen with original tile, a maid's quarters that could be used for a media room or a gym, and a basement. Rooms on the main level open to a glass-topped central atrium. There are four bedrooms and 51/2 bathrooms in about 4,300 square feet.
