United and Continental formally announced their merger today, and released an image of what a typical airplane in the new partnership would look like.
The new planes will have Continental's globe sketch on the tail, but United's name written across the airplane. The company will be called United Continental Holdings, Inc. The new motto will be "Let's Fly Together."
The company announced the merger, saying that they will now officially be the world's biggest airline with over 370 destinations in 59 countries.
No word on when the new planes will be introduced.
