Blame the tough real estate market for the recent price slashing of basketball legend Kareem Abdul-Jabbar's Harlem townhouse. Originally on the market for $3.45 million in April, The Real Deal reports that the price has been reduced to $3.1 million.
The five-bedroom, four-bathroom townhouse is over 4,500 square feet and is located directly across from Mt. Morris Park. And don't forget, buyers should expect a home built for a 7 ft. 2 in. basketball player. The listing emphasizes the homes high ceilings, "magnificently tall French doors and windows" and large bedrooms.
