With a new year just around the corner, many people have been vowing to improve themselves in 2011.
For those looking to shed a few pounds, personal trainer Cori Safe shared a few tips.
"I would say that my best advice is to listen to your body and when you feel energetic and excited about exercising, then do it! Lots of it! That is when you will be your strongest and have your best workouts," Safe said. "For most people, this is right after the first of the year, but it can also come in spurts every couple of weeks."
