Governor Andrew Cuomo's Inaugural Address (VIDEO)

WATCH: 'We Need Change And We Need It Now'

Andrew Cuomo is now your Governor, New York.

Cuomo was sworn in New Year's Eve and held a modest inauguration on Saturday.

In his address, he spoke about how his campaign was a "mandate for change" to create more jobs, and to spur the state's weakened economy. "Change is hard...but I believe we can do it."

Cuomo also noted how the public had lost trust in their leaders to lead the way the public wants. "You have nothing without trust...We're not going to get it back until we clean up Albany."

Cuomo's speech was full of rhetoric and lofty prose. "There is no more time to waste. It is a time for deeds not words, and results, not rhetoric. It is time for a bold agenda and immediate action. There is no waiting for tomorrow, and there are no more baby steps, my friends...We need change and we need it now."
