Indiana's Derek Elston took a play from New York Jets strength and conditioning coach Sal Alosi's playbook in Sunday's basketball game against Northwestern. While defending the paint, the Indiana sophomore noticed Northwestern forward Alex Marcotullio cutting through the lane. Elston stuck out his left leg and tripped his opponent, drawing an intentional foul as Marcotullio fell to the floor. However, Marcotullio and the Wildcats got the last laugh, beating the Hoosiers 93-81 for their first Big Ten victory. Scroll down to watch the video.
