Loft Co-Developed By John Hickenlooper On The Market For Nearly $1M

The Titanium Loft building in historic Lodo sits 6 stories high, and gets its name from its architectural use of titanium metal columns. The building was completed in 2002 and co-developed by now-Governor John Hickenlooper and Jeff Mulligan.

The whole building features 24 units, underground parking and cost $8 million to construct. Until late 2006 building was even home to Hickenlooper himself.

Unit 3E features a Chattahoochee rock floor, a terrace fountain, 2 beds, 2 baths and 2,183 square feet. It is currently selling for $999,000.
