Bel Air's Chateau d'Or Undergoes A Price Chop

Via Curbed LA: We originally told you about Chateau d'Or when it hit the market in October of 2010, but now this palatial estate has undergone a price chop. Originally set at $39.995 million, the price has now been reduced to $34.995 million.

The Bel Air mansion, which is designed to look like an 18th century French palace, boasts fifteen bedrooms, sixteen bathrooms, and a dining hall that fits more than fifty people. The 2.5 acre estate also features a koi pond, tennis court, guest house and a pool. It does cost a pretty penny (and that's an understatement), but it's not too bad to look at either.
