Keith Olbermann harshly criticized President Obama for his decision to try 9/11 mastermind Khalid Sheikh Mohammed in a military commission instead of a civilian courthouse.
In an online "Worst Persons" video released Tuesday, Olbermann said that the president's decision meant that "the one legacy of President Bush that he actually took a step to correct, the one corner of the stable he decided to clean, he's now going to leave filled with a very toxic waste."
He also called the move politically "tawdry," but said that the worst thing about the decision was "how the world will now view us. The sad reality here is that we...have told the world that the American system of justice...is incapable of dealing with terrorist scum...in short, we've let the terrorists win."WATCH:
