Eva Longoria 'Had A Really Strong Identity In Being A Wife' (VIDEO)

Eva Longoria talked about her divorce on the Rachel Ray Show Monday morning, admitting that redefining herself as a single person has been difficult.

"I'm so domestic, so I had a really strong identity in being a wife, and so [I'm] kind of finding myself again, outside of somebody else," she said. "That's been, not even challenging, it's been fun. It's been like, 'OK here we go!'"

Longoria split from her ex-husband Tony Parker in November 2010, amidst reports of Parker's alleged infidelity with a former teammate’s wife. The pair married in Paris in June 2007.

Since their divorce, Longoria has stepped out with her new boyfriend, Eduardo Cruz, who helped her celebrate her 36th birthday last month.

Longoria told Rachel Ray that she usually meets people through friends, as she's "not very approachable on the street."

What's next for the Desperate Housewives star as she begins this new chapter in her life?

"Have kids. Be a mom," she said.
