Georgetown Students Awakened By Strange Men Touching Them

Two different men broke into Georgetown dorm rooms Saturday and touched female students while they were sleeping.

The first incident early Saturday morning. The Georgetown Hoya has more:

The student woke to a stranger shaking her shoulder and witnessed the suspect exiting the room. A roommate who was downstairs at the time saw him flee the residence. The victim was not harmed, and no valuables were taken from the scene.

The suspect, described as a white male with freckles, approximately six feet tall and of medium build, was wearing a dark crew shirt, a striped maroon sweater and tan pants.

The second occurrence happened an hour later. The suspect, described as a 6-ft tall South Asian male, entered a student's room and laid in bed next to her.

These incidents are reminiscent of a rash of similar happenings in 2008 and 2009 with a man nicknamed the "Georgetown Cuddler," who sneaked into women's rooms while they were sleeping and laid down next to them.
