'Marriage Vow' Pledge Splits GOP Field Ahead Of 2012 (VIDEO)

A controversial pledge put forth by The Family Leader, an Iowa-based conservative group, has created a rift in the field of contenders vying for the Republican presidential nomination in 2012. While some candidates like U.S. Rep. Michele Bachmann (R-Minn.) and former U.S. Senator Rick Santorum have signed the pledge -- which is a requirement for earning the organization's endorsement in the Hawkeye State -- other GOP presidential hopefuls have sought to distance themselves from the document.
