Jimmy King Arrested: Former Fab Five Member Busted Over Child Support

Jimmy King, former member of the "Fab Five" for the University of Michigan basketball team, has been arrested on one charge of failure to pay child support, according to the Associated Press.

The Detroit Free Press reports that from 2008 to 2011, the 38-year-old owed $17,209 for one child. The felony carries a maximum sentence of four years in prison.

He was in Oakland County Jail on Wednesday night.

King isn't the only "Fab Five" member to have a run-in with the law recently.

Jalen Rose, former NBA star and current ESPN analyst, was arrested for DUI in early March after crashing his SUV. He pleaded guilty to driving while intoxicated in May and was sentenced to 20 days in jail.

Another man involved with the "Fab Five" was in the spotlight earlier this year in a more positive manner, but for good reasons. Steve Fisher, the former Michigan coach, led San Diego State to an amazing 34-3 regular season record which resulted in a No. 3 seed in the NCAA tournament. The Aztecs reached the Sweet 16, but fell to UConn 74-67.
