J-Lie: Lil Wayne Stole My Beat For 'She Will'

J-Lie Accuses Lil Wayne Of Stealing

You know that awesome beat we heard on Lil Wayne's track "She Will," featuring Drake, the beat that is the best part of the song? Well, turns out we may have heard it before.

According to Keep It Trill, rapper J-Lie has announced via YouTube that that beat is his. And from the sound of it, he doesn't seem wrong.

The track in question is J-Lie's "Letting Go," which was on his project, Local Tourist, that came out five months ago.

"I can't go at them, I'm not mad, that's just the industry and all that," J-Lie said on the video. "But that's just crazy cause I did a video with it and everything already with Lucky Rogers."

This isn't the first time Lil Wayne has had a finger pointed at him. Earlier this month, a $15 million lawsuit was filed against Lil Wayne and his labels, alleging that he stole his song "BedRock" from a different production company.

Lil Wayne released "She Will" last Friday, to tease his ninth studio album, Tha Carter IV, which drops Aug. 29.

"I respect Wayne and I respect Drake, but I got keep pushing and doing my own thing," J-Lie said. "So, that's it."
