Michael Kors & Lance Le Pere Marry In Southampton

Married!

Mazel tov!

Michael Kors and his longtime partner Lance Le Pere have finally made it official, reports Women's Wear Daily. The couple were married in a private ceremony on Tuesday in Southampton with the town's mayor Mark Epley officiating.

It has been a long time coming for Kors and Le Pere, who have known each other since 1990 when Le Pere joined the designer's company.

They fell in love with Paris, Le Pere told New York in an interview from last August: "We share a certain level of taste... an American point of view, and I think we like to play with Americana. Over the years and the day-to-day process of dreaming together, things just naturally fell into place."

Kors and Le Pere had given hints that a marriage ceremony was impending, as the two were spotted on August 3 at New York's City Hall applying for a marriage license. Kors said in a statement, "Lance and I are very excited to finally be able to have the opportunity to marry in our home state after many years together. We have no plans for a major party, but we will be getting married privately."

And now they finally have -- congrats to the happy couple!
