After Netflix's press release announcing Qwikster and subsequent backlash from consumers unwilling to use a separate service for DVD delivery, the once-unbeatable movie service has been entirely silent on the PR mixup. Since CEO Reed Hastings recorded a video explaining the changes that many lambasted as hastily produced for a preeminent distribution company, he has not responded to growing calls to return Netflix to its roots.
But last night, Conan O'Brien imagined what Netflix's next step might be in another "apology video" from Hastings. In Conan's version, Netflix will be much more convenient. Some may say a little too convenient.
