Harold Reynolds, Dan Plesac React To Tampa Bay Rays Win, Red Sox Collapse (VIDEO)

MLB Network Analysts React To Baseball Chaos

If the raucous reactions on Twitter are any indication, baseball fans around the country had a hard time containing their excitement -- or horror -- as the events of last night games in Baltimore, Tampa, Houston and Atlanta unfolded.

And, apparently, the studio crew on air at MLB Network felt the same way.

As MLB Tonight host Greg Amsinger talked viewers through the rapid-fire action of Tampa Bay Rays' astounding comeback against the Yankees and the Red Sox stunning last gasp loss to the Orioles, he paused to explain why analysts Harold Reynolds and Dan Plesac were sweating.

"Well, we're fans like you," he said, before he introduced a replay of Reynolds and Plesac reacting to the Orioles' shocking rally in the bottom of the ninth.

In the clip above, the analysts watch Robert Andino's game-winning single for the O's and proceed to lose their minds. Reynolds is shown flying out of his seat and jumping up and down, while Plesac looks up to the heavens in awe. Then Amsinger narrates their reactions to Evan Longoria's walk-off homer which sent the Rays to the postseason, in which Reynolds appeared to keel over in amazement while Plesac looked on absolutely stunned.
