Christian Audigier's House In Topanga Ranch For $3.29 Million

New to the Topanga real estate market is this Historic Hacienda, owned by Christian Audigier, reports Realtor.com. Audigier, known for founding the Ed Hardy tattoo clothing apparel brand and for his partnership with Von Dutch, has put his 1930s home on the market for $3.29 million.

The 3.15 acre ranch-style compound features a three-bedroom and two-bathroom main house. It's surrounded by four guests houses and a converted chapel. The property grounds also boast a vineyard, olive trees, pine trees and oak trees. According to Realtor.com, "the estate use to play host to famous celebrities of the 30s and 40s." An unnamed Parisian designer is responsible for the interior design.

The property has adobe-colored exterior walls and teal motifs throughout the home, as well as dozens of cow skulls, some cowboy hats, and a metal-studded saddle. But Audigier managed to inject some Ed Hardy flair into the western-style property as well. Three shellacked chandeliers in modern colors hang from a single beam in what seems to be the "Audigier Lounge," (the window sign painted Ed Hardy-style), graphic pop images of Native American figures adorn the walls, and there's fur everywhere -- just like at his Hancock Park home, which is on sale at a reduced asking price of $7.65 million.
