Miley Cyrus Scolds Fans On Twitter After Stoner Scandal

Miley Cyrus Scolds Fans On Twitter

It's boggles the mind that people still don't know, 'she's just being Miley.'

Miley Cyrus scolded fans on Twitter, effectively releasing her first statement since she continued her birthday tradition of drug related scandals, telling the crowd at her 19th birthday party, "You know you're a stoner when friends make you a Bob Marley cake -- you know you smoke way too much f**kin' weed."

The former star of "Hannah Montana" not amused with fan sending rude comments to pal Kelly Osbourne who threw the party.

Osbourne had presented Cyrus with a cake in the likeness to the late Bob Marley, and jokingly responded to the birthday girl's comment about being a stoner, saying, "I thought salvia was your problem, Miley."

After a video of the incident hit the web, Osbourne leapt to Miley's defense, tweeting to set the record straight -- claiming it was all a joke:

Osbourne continued:

"A JOKE! it makes me sick that @MileyCyrus so called 'friends' would sell her out and lead people 2 believe she is someone that she is not! ... u guys if @MileyCyrus is not recording/filming/touring she is works everyday how could she possible do all that if she was a stoner! #think"

Osbourne and Cyrus are clearly good friends, the 27-year-old co-host of E!'s "Fashion Police" thanked Miley for sticking up for her too: "@MileyCyrus i love you more!!!!!!! thanx for having my back you know i ALWAYS have yours! xoxoxoxox"

Miley has been quite vocal in recent months, using Twitter to right what she sees as wrongs.

She recently defended singer Demi Lovato from critics who called her fat, and she took aim at Rick Santorum back in May for his outspoken views against gay marriage, as well as Urban Outfitters president Richard Hayne's support of his campaign.
