The Worst Dressed Of 2011: Red Carpet Walk Of Shame! (PHOTOS)

Happy New Year, everyone!

Although there were plenty of amazing fashion moments last year, HuffPost Black Voices wanted to take the time to reflect ... and reject some of the style mishaps we are leaving (far, far) behind in 2011. Black Voices has compiled a slideshow of the red carpets moments that left us scratching our heads and saying "WTF!"

Who made the list?

Of course you can count on Nicki Minaj and Rihanna to make the list with their penchant for the peculiar: stuffed animals should never be considered as clothing, and see-through gowns are best left in the bedroom.

But it was really disappointing to have to include style mavens like Halle Berry and Kerry Washington, who also made our best dressed list this year. A knit tassel shrug, Kerry? And Halle would look good in a burlap sack, but the printed dress she wore to the NAACP Image Awards wasn't her best effort. These ladies (or at least their stylists) should know better!

However, we understand that even celebs have off-days, so we're simply going to let these sad style shenanigans stay where they are ... in the past. After all, it's a new year!
