Change Your Bedroom To A More Restful Environment

For a lot of people, sleep is cruelly elusive. Half the respondents to a 2008 survey by Consumer Reports National Research Center said they had trouble with sleep the night before. Either they had a hard time drifting off, they kept waking up, or they woke up too early.

According to the National Institutes of Health, up to 70 million Americans suffer sleeplessness.
