When we think of lullabies we normally think of counting sheep, faraway lands and maybe a mobile from Toys-R-Us. We normally don't think about tequila shots. Yet something about Ron Minis' 'Not-Sober Lullaby' makes us change our tune.
His melody, written while Minis was drunk, is beautiful in its instability. Its movement makes the drunken swagger of shame into a dance, the art of staying on your feet when the world is swirling.
