New mom and "Darkhorse" star Selma Blair has listed her Sunset Strip-area home for $1.78 million, according to the MLS.
The single-story house has almost 3,000 square feet and is gated for privacy. The home, built in 1922, has of course had a requisite facelift and is now more contemporary looking with white wood floors and lots of glass in the living room.
Its nearly 3,000 square feet includes 3 bedrooms and 3 1/2 bathrooms. The gated property is nicely landscaped with more privacy hedges and has a patio area for outdoor dining and a koi pond. Blair paid $1.315 million for the property in 2004, so there may be some wishing on a star going on here.
Blair is a first-time mom (baby boy born in August). Charlie Sheen recently told "Access Hollywood" that Blair was the front-runner to play opposite him on his FX show "Anger Management." "She's a very special lady and is as pretty as the day is long and has never really had the opportunity to do something where she can shine; off-camera, she is hilarious," he said. "I think (she's) one of the prettiest women in the world." Run, Selma! Run!
