Anderson Cooper may be known for his hard-hitting news stories, but the veteran CNN reporter also seems to have a soft-spot for marriage proposals.
When Adam, a fan of Cooper's new daytime talk show "Anderson," sent the host a video message asking for his help in proposing to his girlfriend Samantha, Cooper enlisted the help of Fox's "Mobbed" host, Howie Mandel, to orchestrate one of the grandest flash mob marriage proposals yet.
On Tuesday's episode of "Anderson," Mandel -- who plans all types of flash mobs, not just marriage proposals, on his reality show -- set the plan into action, gathering together a large group of dancers from New York City's Broadway Dance Center to perform in front of the couple.
And despite the ubiquity of flash mob proposals, Samantha had no idea what was coming. She even dances along with the flash mob before she's let in on the secret.
