Who Was There: The Laurens
The Skinny: A collective swoon went through the crowd when the beginning notes of the theme song to "Downton Abbey" blasted over the loud speaker. Fittingly, the models channeled Matthew Crawley in dapper tweeds, herringbones and plaids. We could almost hear the dinner bell clanging as the looks transformed into evening with long black, velvet dresses and to-die-for jewelry that would have pleased the likes of Lady Mary. For good measure there was a touch of "The Great Gatsby" in the form of beaded, metallic flapper dresses that will surely land on the cover of every major glossy.
