One of the things that makes "The Challenge: Battle of the Exes" (Wed., 10 p.m. EST on MTV) unique in the world of reality competition series is the inclusion of drinking. It is, after all, an MTV reality series filled with cast members from "The Real World" and several of the network's other reality series. Despite how it may have began, "The Real World" is as much about drunken revelry as anything, so it's logical the drunken antics would follow the cast members onto "The Challenge."
But the antics got ugly this week when Camila got a little too drunk and tried to make Johnny jealous. He didn't get jealous, and so later that night she snapped completely. She started throwing chairs and cursing, before she oddly walked straight into the pool. She screamed at him that he was a cheater and told him he was going to die, with an unsettling intensity burning from her eyes.
The next day, she said she didn't remember what she'd done. If that's true, this might have been an uncomfortable episode for her to watch as it certainly didn't paint her in a positive light. Even at the challenge she still didn't seem to be getting the message. Johnny just isn't in to her. She needs to accept it and move on.
At least she moved on in the competition. It came down to Ty and Emily being sent into "The Dome" to battle with Abram and Cara Maria. Ty and Emily emerged triumphant, eliminating the latter couple.
