Ines de la Fressange, Karl Lagerfeld's Muse, In 1984 (PHOTO)

"A Look Back" is a daily column that highlights a moment from fashion's fabulous past. To celebrate the beginning of Paris Fashion Week, today's pick is of French model Ines de la Fressange walking in a Karl Lagerfeld for Chanel Haute Couture fashion show on July 23, 1984 in Paris. We can't imagine Gabrielle "Coco" Chanel's infamous quote, "I always take off at least one piece of jewelry before I leave the house…to ensure that I am not 'overdoing' it" was taken into account before Ines hit the runway.
