'Avengers' Trailer: Robert Downey Jr., Chris Evans, Chris Hemsworth, Mark Ruffalo, Scarlett Johansson Star In Marvel Adventure (VIDEO)

New 'Avengers' Trailer: The Hulk Saves Iron Man

The "Inception" horn + the "Terminator" theme + that worm thing in "Transformers 3" + Robin Sparkles = the new "Avengers" trailer!

An extended version of the clip that ran on Super Bowl Sunday has just debuted, and it features a closer look at the entire superhero team assigned to save the world. (As Samuel L. Jackson's Nick Fury says, "War has started, and we are hopelessly outgunned.")

Showcasing never-before-seen sequences like the Hulk (Mark Ruffalo) saving a falling Iron Man (Robert Downey Jr.), Captain America (Chris Evans) beating a punching bag off its chain, and Thor (Chris Hemsworth), Cap and Iron Man fighting on top of a mountain, the action looks spectacular. Also, there's an Agent Coulson (Clark Gregg) appearance!

The kicker comes at the end, where fans get a glimpse at the unnamed alien race under Loki's command. Are they Decepticons? Judge for yourself in the new trailer above.

"The Avengers," starring Downey Jr., Evans, Hemsworth, Ruffalo, Jackson, Jeremy Renner, Scarlett Johansson and Tom Hiddleston assembles in theaters on May 4.
