Here's a fun and creative idea for your next get-together, whatever the occasion may be. Serve desserts with push-up pops. What are push-up pops? They're single-serving dessert molds that can be filled with anything from ice cream to pudding, and you can hold (and eat) them almost like a popsicle. Another great thing about push-up pops is that you can decorate them to fit the theme of any party, whether it's pastel-colored bows for Easter or colorful ribbons for a birthday.
If you're looking for some inspiration, Courtney Dial of the popular entertaining blog Pizzazzerie, has put together some yummy recipes for you in her new book, Push-Up Pops. From frosting tips to instructions for making a caramel pie push-up pop, the recipes and ideas range from simple and sweet (wedding cake) to the somewhat unusual (mini cinnamon buns). We personally love the frozen fruit push-up pops (hello, frozen peach bellini) and one that combines Oreos and cheesecake.
