Design Inspiration: 6 Bold Tableware Collections (PHOTOS)

Interior designer Kelly Wearstler recently designed her second collection of dinnerware and mugs for the fine china company Pickard. Needless to say, her signature Hollywood Regency style -- metallic accents, bright colors -- and flair for bold patterns can instantly be spotted on the dishes.

For most people, dinner plates and bowls are things that are usually kept relatively simple in both design and color. However, we've definitely seen more than a handful of fanciful tableware designs that strongly reflect the personality of its creator, like Kelly's new line with Pickard.
