While their "Jersey Shore" (Thu., 10 p.m. EST on MTV) housemates were off camping, Vinny and Pauly decided to turn interior designers and pull off an epic prank.
They turned the house inside out and "put the inside outside and the outside inside."
To achieve the new, they spent hours moving all the furniture around and rearranging the bedrooms on the roof deck and the roof deck furniture downstairs.
"This not only takes muscle," said Vinny, "it takes brains. And it is exhausting."
Channelling his inner Kelly Wearstler, Pauly directed their helpers in the living room: "the bar will go there, the jacuzzi will go there, then we'll set up the couches and stuff here."
As they sat in the kiddie pool and contemplated their work, the guys saluted each other. "You're now my prank brother," said Pauly.
Anticipating their housemates' reaction to the new decor, he beamed, "I told them not to go camping!"
