For the most part, Janet Lee has always remained behind the scenes of things, even when she worked as a television producer on The Oprah Winfrey Show and the Nate Berkus Show. But not anymore. Now, Janet is showing off her decorating talents in her first book 'Living In A Nutshell', which just came out this week.
A self-proclaimed design-lover who has lived in a dozen tiny apartments (none of them have been more than 750-square-feet large), Janet offers her best decorating and DIY ideas for small spaces in the new book. The tips range from adding metallic wallpaper to closet doors to more hands-on how-tos like making a rococo frame with molding. Basically, it's all part of Janet's mission -- to 'delight, dazzle, and divert' as she writes. And, judging from her own personality-filled Manhattan apartment, which is featured in the book, we'll say she definitely lives by her words.
